Austin
He, Him
I specialize in treating anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression, and also excited to be working with LGBTQ+ clients. I also have extensive experience working with non monogamous/polyamorous clients.
I believe that therapy is a place for us to find a path forward, to discover our own truth and strengths, and to change our relationship with shame. Therapy is a fluid space but I often take an individualized approach with my clients that blends evidence-based approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy, with Mindfulness practices. My approach to trauma work focuses on utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy strategies (CPT) with clients.
Through my experience in outpatient group practice and inpatient psychiatric settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people as they navigate complex and deeply personal challenges. I am committed to creating a space that feels safe, welcoming, and free of judgment—where you feel truly seen, affirmed, and supported.
In my free time I’m passionate about astronomy, birdwatching, animals, backpacking, and camping with my partner.

She, Her
Welcome! I have a passion for supporting teens, adults, and couples through their unique challenges. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Boise State University in 2022 and bring diverse experience from child welfare, outpatient mental health and the public education system. I have worked with children of all ages, along with families and adults throughout my career. My practice is rooted in a holistic, whole-body approach to therapy, addressing not just symptoms but the person as a whole.
I work with individuals facing grief and loss, trauma, pre and post-partum disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other barriers to well-being. My therapeutic approach integrates Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive BehavioralTherapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to offer a comprehensive and empathetic path to healing. I also have a special emphasis on working with mothers in the perinatal space who are looking for support during their pre and post partum journey.
My goal is to help you navigate your struggles, foster personal growth, set healthy boundaries, and build confidence. Together, we will set meaningful goals and develop a tailored plan to achieve them. I believe healing is a journey, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can thrive. If you’re ready to take the next step toward a more fulfilling and balanced life, I’m here to support you every step of the way!

Matthew Maya, LCSW
Matthew
He, Him
I have been in the profession for over seven years in various roles and capacities. I have been a youth mentor, a group facilitator, a child welfare worker, and have been working in family, group, and individual therapy since completing my degree. I have a special interest in working with LGBT+ clients who are struggling with identity issues, trauma, and faith transitions. Figuring out who we are and how we belong is a difficult and sometimes challenging task, and it's okay to ask for help.
I am EMDR trained and much of my approach with my clients is trauma and attachment focused, how what happened to us throughout the lifespan shapes how we view the world, our relationships, and ourselves. I believe that therapy is hard work, focused on challenging unhelpful beliefs and creating meaningful ones.
I am looking forward to hearing your story and figuring out how we can work together to cultivate meaningful relationships, boundaries, self-acceptance, and growth.
Matthew is part-time and not accepting new clients at this time.
